To kick the last workout of the Open off with a bang! On Thursday night the Coaches of Precision CrossFit will take on 18.5 for your viewing pleasure. Come take in the Live Announcement at 5pm, watch Coach Mike break down the wod, and then cheer on your coaches as they take it on head-to-head!

Mike Tromello: Co-Owner of Precision CrossFit, 2010 CrossFit Sectional, and 2011,12, & 13 Regional Athlete, OC Throwdown 3 x qualifier (before Tosh.O), always way over confident, constantly put’s his foot in his mouth, and only doing this to shut Mitch up!
Jose Cobian: G.M. & Head Coach, 2014 & 15 Regional Athlete, nicest hair in the gym, and being forced beyond his will to do this but he secretly wants to. I mean we think he does… or we are just hoping he does, hahaha!

Curtis Corwin: Coach, chiseled like the porcelain statue of a greek god, nicest smile in the gym (why this picture is funny), and all around pretty boy that is pretty good at Crossfut. Just ask his Instagram followers!
Mitch Sortillon: Coach, 2014 Regional Team Alternate, used to be a beast but now just thinks he is. He now has a mouth that never quits. If only it did the workouts for him, hahahaha!
