These are the 8 people that will be representing all of YOU at the CrossFit Games So. Cal Regional this year. You are ALL our 9th man and together we will battle against the top teams in Southern California. Make sure to buy your tickets and book those hotel rooms. It will take a complete team effort to accomplish our goals come May 17th!!

100 Burpees For Time
EMOM 2 Clean and Jerks (135/95) (115/75) (95/65) (75/55)
*Must do 2 Clean & Jerks at the top of each minute. So you will start with Clean & Jerks before proceeding on to burpees. Once you finish 100 Burpees the clock will stop.
