1 Guy 10 Thrusters (135) 1 Girl 10 Thrusters (95) Switch 1 Guy 10 Thrusters 1 Girl 10 Thrusters AMRAP begins 20 Toe to Bar 50 Double Unders 25 Thrusters (135/95) *One bar must be held overhead for thrusters to count 25 Toe to Bar *One athlete must be hanging from the bar for toe to bars to count 50 Double Unders 30 30 50 Etc… * When guys are doing thrusters girls must have weight overhead and vice versa. ** One athlete must be holding from the bar for toes to bar to count. WOD #2 – “Star Destroyer” 4min, 6min, 8min AMRAPS 40 Burpee Pull-Ups 40 Clean and Jerks (135/95) 30 Front Lunges (135/95) 20 Muscle-Ups *Each AMRAP starts back from the beginning. **The last AMRAP is for time as well. ***One person working at a time.
