Gymnastics Seminar with Dusty Hyland-
Spots are filling up fast for the gymnastics seminar with Dusty Hyland this Saturday August 11, 2012 from 10am – 1pm. Spend three hours with one of the best CrossFit gymnastics coach’s in the business focusing on movements that will help you become better at CrossFit and competeing in competition. Three VITAL ELEMENTS to Training will be focused on: Bar Work (Kipping and Position), The Muscle Up, and The Handstand Push Up.

USAW Olympic Lifting Club-
Come join Club Precision CrossFit every T & Th night at 7pm as well as Saturday mornings at 9am to work on your olympic lifts. Coach Mike and Coach Butch will be there for you to help you all get better in your lifts a vital portion of CrossFit. We also will be setting those interested up in local Olympic Lifting Competitions. This club is free to all members!

Beach Cities Battle-
We have 15 athlete’s competing next Saturday August 18, 2012 in this bad ass little CrossFit Competition being held at CrossFit Code 3 in Torrence, Ca. Come out and support your Precision family as they put it on the line throwing it down against some of So Cal’s best athlete’s. This will be an amazing time as the Code 3 crew know how to throw an event.

The Shakedown Team Series-
This event held twice a year run and programmed by Precision CrossFit is gonna be a blast. It is hosted by Axiom CrossFit one of our favorite box’s. Our very own Billy Farah knows how throw an event as our Coach’s Mike and Daniel Tromello always program wod’s that get the athlete’s and spectators amped. The energy will be high for this as we got two teams competing and a host of CrossFit Regional and Games athlete’s throwing down.
