Today we will be doing a tribute workout to celebrate the life of a beloved friend Bonnie Weinberger who suddenly lost her life a few months ago. Bonnie was a staple in the Southern California CrossFit community. She was a giving and caring person who often volunteered her time at local events and charities. I still will never forget the day she took the time to go and visit my Father in the hospital. She had never met my Dad before but saw that I asked people go visit him while he was ill. She happened to be working at Los Robles Hospital that day. She took a break and gave my Dad some company. This random act of kindness truly touched me and I will never forget it. Precision, today is Bonnie’s birthday, and several will gather from all over So Cal to remember this amazing woman who touched so many lives. 

CrossFit was just one of the many places Bonnie reached people. Whether through training alongside us (she frequented Precision whenever she was in the area), coaching, or just lending an encouraging word, she touched so many in the community. Precision, this is a special workout and I ask that you all give it your all. Take pics when you are done with the workout and post a picture to Instagram or Facebook tagging Bonnie and#BonnieTributeWOD. This will let her friends and family know that the #wallofblue remembered her. Thank you.
