I have been trying to get a re-cap to you all regarding the CAL Saturday Night Lights competition. unfortunately, I have been kept busy by other things which have consumed most of my time and energy. I just want to tell you all how proud I am to be amongst this group of people. How much I love coaching you and how every time I get to spend a day with you all, how much you impress me. Precision CrossFit threw down in a major way  last Saturday and represented all us to the fullest. Even if nobody podiumed I would still be just as proud of you all! The CAL Competition was just another example of how amazing our community is. It demonstrated that with hard work there is much reward, as we continue to podium people in both the Advanced and Intermediate divisions. Seeing Emalee, James, Jose, Sean, Seth, and Katie R. all on the podium repping their Precision blue was awesome. However, this was not the most impressive thing from this evening.

What was most impressive was those of you that decided to compete and take yourselves outside your comfort zones for the first time! This competition was an extremely stressful night for me. However, one thing that I will never forget was looking over at one point and seeing Aydan Pena throwing down against men twice his age. It was the final heat of the day, one of the only ones I was able to watch and he was crushing it! Not only was he incredible but I want to give a shout out to his sister Cami Pena for also kicking some serious ass, as well as Rusty Hood, Kelli Millwood, Gordon Moody, Bonni Tromello, Sabrina Madden, Stephanie Saindon and Heather Kaneen. They truly demonstrated how far sacrifice, dedication, and hard can take you. It was a blast watching you all compete for the first time and I know you definitely surprised yourselves. We at Precision are so very proud of you all and cannot wait to see how far you will go! What equally amazed us was the amount of help and support we got from everyone else. We had an entire box helping us make sure the event ran smoothly and that the judging was spot on. You are all truly incredible and Greg and I feel the love you have for PC. This has given us extra motivation and drive to fight for you all. Soon we will have a very big announcement to share with you. Keep kicking ass PC!! We love you!
