Hey guys, I could not be more thrilled to now be at Precision full time!! It was a goal of mine when we opened to become full-time around the 5 year mark. Since I’ve always been about setting short and long term goals, you can probably feel my excitement to accomplish this feat. Now, the question I’ve been getting is… “when will you be around and what classes will you be coaching?” My answer is pretty simple… all the time! But here is a break down of what to expect with my arrival as well as when I’ll be taking on private sessions.

Mondays: I’ll be in most of the day starting around 8:30am. I’ll be keeping my evening class role and will be around for private coaching. All private sessions will be by appointment only. 

Tuesdays: I’ll be coaching all morning classes! I will then be available throughout the day for private coaching by appointment only. I’ll also be at lifting club in the evening. 

Wednesdays: I’ll be in by appointment only. I will be coaching some classes here and there, but I will take most evenings off to spend with my children.

Thursdays: I’ll be in most of the day starting around 8:30am. I’ll be keeping my evening class role and will be around for private coaching. All private sessions will be by appointment only. I’ll also be at lifting club in the evening. 

Fridays:  I’ll be in by appointment only. I will be coaching some classes here and there, but will take most evenings off to spend with my children.

Saturdays: I will be coming in whenever I can. With my son’s soccer schedule and the various competitions that I will be coaching, these days can be hit or miss. It just depends on what all you are up to, hahaha! This day is dedicated to the athletes competing and my son.

Sundays: Off with my family. Please respect this time.

This schedule will take place the 2nd week of October. This week I will be the taking time acclimate to my new role, help in the organizing of some new gym ideas, get the staff on the same page, and set up various new and exciting events, seminars, and classes. Private Training: I will have a pretty open schedule in terms of this. I will also be offering monthly, weekly, and per session rates. These sessions will be 100% private unless you want to do semi-private, which I will offer a rate for that as well. Please call or email me at (805) 660-4101 or mike@precisioncrossfit.net. These sessions are open to everyone. You do not have to be a member for me to work with you.
