CrossFit has evolved over the last decade. In that evolution, the Masters and the Teens categories have become a significant factor in competition. This year, we expect over 40,000 female competitors in the Masters’ division alone. So, if you make it to the CrossFit Regionals, ie, in the top 200 performers, you are in the top 1% of fitness athletes in the world.
