CRUSH CANCER UPDATE

Due to the fact that we have so many people who will be taking part in Crush Cancer this Saturday we are going to offer two options for you all.

OPTION#1: If you have been actively taking part in the Crush Campaign and wish to take part in the event down in Culver City, Ca., you may. The only requirement is that you have raised $150. Many will be taking part in this soon to be historic workout Saturday. Due to the large expected numbers, the Crush Cancer organizers are trying to keep the event manageable. If you wish to take part please let us know ASAP so we can email the organizers to get your names on the list.

OPTION #2: For those of you that want to take part in the wod but do not wish to head down to Culver City, Ca we will be hosting the workout at Precision Saturday. It will take the place of our normal team wod and will be organized by Mike. Many other gyms are doing this, and you will still be taking part in this historic day. If you plan to do the wod at Precision Saturday please let Mike know.

We want everyone at Precision to take part in this workout Saturday while they continue to support the Crush Cancer campaign. Thank you all for your generous donations. We look forward to watching you all smash the Crush Cancer workout!

PINK WEDNESDAY’S!

Well, October has finally arrived–which means it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

What does that mean?! In order to show our support for this cause we ask that you all wear PINK every Wednesday for the month of October!

Why do we have “awareness” months when we should be “aware” of it year round?!
It’s to help the survivors and families who’ve been equally effected by those issues. Some people don’t get consistent support groups or may not have a tight family to help them so that creates a time for them to be able to have others around them and hopefully find support they may not otherwise get.
It’s that one time of year where people rally and come together to help research, celebrate successes, cope with losses, and maintain current fights!

Precision, please wear PINK in any way that you can–bracelets, hair ties, shirts, socks, shoes, earrings!! ANYTHING will do! Just show your support! And when people ask you “why PINK today?” YOU SPREAD THIS MEMO OF AWARENESS!
