The Shakedown Series is proud announce the “Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde” Duo Competition @ Precision CrossFit!
This will be a Saturday summer night lights event starting at 7pm with the same flare that the Shakedown Series crew is known for. Expect 3 challenging workouts as we crown the best same sex teams in So Cal! We will only be taking 50 teams total, 25 men and 25 women so make sure to form those teams soon as you know this event will sell out. Registration will be opening in a couple of weeks! We at Precision are stoked to host this event while programming another awesome test of team fitness!

WARM UP:

SKILL:

-Knee positioning in relation to kip

Then:

LIFT:

Front Squat w/ 2 sec. pause at bottom
