My amazing wife Emalee Tromello got 14th place in the intermediate division at the Beach Cities Battle Competition this past weekend. She is almost 6 months pregnant. She finished 1st in her snatch complex overall hitting 105lbs. She competed competitively in two other workouts then chose to forego the final workout of the day for obvious reasons. She is incredible. Throughout the day she not only found time to compete, but also to watch our 11 month old son, cheer on her teammates, and make sure her husband drank enough water and ate in between coaching and competing himself. Emalee is not only a phenomenal athlete but an inspiring mother and wife. She makes all that I do possible and is an inspiration for other pregnant women and mothers a like out there. Those who may think their athletic lives are over once they become pregnant can learn from her. She has the eye of the tiger. She is a strong, hard working, and patient woman and I am glad to call her my wife and best friend. People ask me how I have so much time to accomplish everything I do. Your looking at the reason right here! It takes more than just me to make all I do possible it takes an army or just one very special wife. Fitness-Strength-Community
