Team workouts are tons of fun and really help build the community of a gym. There is nothing better than striving to do your best while others are cheering you on. Team settings bring the most out of people and within our awesome community it is sure to be a great time. Every Saturday we do team workouts working with one another to achieve a goal. If you have children take them to the 9:30 class and stay for some fun in the 10am team class. It is sure to be a great time with positive vibes!!!
