We would like to wish a very happy birthday to Lauren! She has a contagious personality that easily rubs off on everyone she comes in contact with. Lauren is one of those people that make our job fun because you can tell that she is genuinely happy to be at the gym when she comes in. She has an obvious deep love for the Precision community and in return we all love her back. She is a ball of energy and puts in the work on so many levels. I love when I come into Precision and Lauren is in as I am always received with a smile, possibly a joke, and plenty of smack talk, hahaha!
