Noel has been with us for just over two years now and is looking fitter every year. I mean serioulsy what a remarkable transformation. She is even doing the Open this year. Now not afraid to out her fitness to the test. She is a sweet, diligent worker who has stuck to the plan and the results have spoken for themselves. You can often find Noel in the 4:30 class throwing down or volunteering at one of the many Precision CrossFit events. I love seeing Noel walk into the gym week after week she always has such an awesome energy about her. It takes a ton of dedication to stick to “the Daimino diet” and train diligently each week like she has. It is often her awesome Father (who also volunteers with Noal) instilled tremendous work ethic in her. Keep kicking ass Noel, and have a wonderful birthday!
