A very happy birthday goes out to long time member Steven Shea! Steve is a phenomenal athlete who can do almost every movement in CrossFit with ease. You can usually catch him taking the 8:30 or noon class often with his beautiful baby girl. Steve is a great guy as well as a fantastic chef! We love you Steve and hope you had an awesome day!
