The gym will be open all morning. Please come in and hit your Dead Lift max and 5K Row as we are still in our testing cycle. However, if you want to hit this some other time feel free to do whatever you wish. A few will be getting into the gym around 7am to hit a half marathon row. All are welcome to join in on the fun, hahahah! Have an awesome holiday!
