Happy New Year!!!

We hope 2015 brings you much happiness and joy.  

To start off the new year we are going to introduce another component to Precision Crossfit. We will be sharing healthy recipes with our community. There are so many different “diets” – Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Plant Based, dairy free, gluten free, etc. Our goal is to offer healthy recipes for all types of diets. I am not a registered dietician, doctor or nutritionist. I am someone just like you, looking to improve my eating habits to live a healthier life, to feel better and hopefully to improve my performance. So please look for our healthy recipes, and together let’s start the new year off right.

PANCAKES

You’ll need:

2 Ripe Bananas

4 Whole Eggs

2 Tbsp. Almond Butter

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Organic Blueberry Preserves
Mash the bananas and add the eggs and almond butter. Stir it up to make a batter. Heat a medium-sized skillet on high and pour in the coconut oil. When the oil is hot, add the batter to make cakes. Cook until the bubbles burst and then flip. Cook another minute or until the undersides of the cakes are brown. Top with blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries.
