This week will begin our last week of testing for the first quarter. Not everything this week will be a test however, as we will have some fun newly programmed wod’s based off our new saga… “Mean Girls.” Yes, this is correct gentlemen the girls whooped your asses and Michelle even went out of her way to come over and make me watch the movie. Based off this fun yet horrific experience I now have 20, yes 20, workouts based off this movie.
