Been a great week so far! We have had several PR’s including Braden with a 315lb 5 Rep Back Squat!!! Today’s wod was killer but I found a way to a PR hitting 15 non-false grip muscle ups the most I have ever done in a wod!! The classes threw it down today suffering through a brutal wod. We at Precision are so proud of everyone’s efforts. Also the Regional wods are up. They are brutal and we are gonna need our community out in full force for this one. Mark the dates May 12-14 at the Pomona Fairplex Things are about to get serious!!
