Precision CrossFit hit some major milestone’s with our busiest day yet. All in all, over 60 people walked in the door to train. A few from other boxes who enjoy our programming. We also had our biggest class to date with 23 people attending our 5:30 class. In addition, we had a special moment when one of our newer members (Melanie) walked across the gym to aid another even newer member (Kirsten) with her pull ups to finish the wod. That is what CrossFit is all about, community! Especially here at Precision CrossFit. It is about helping one another whether it be big or small. Amazing to witness our very own community in action!
