Hey guy’s we are pleased to bring you new classes, seminars, clinics, and challenges. Here is a breakdown of what is coming your way!

New Classes: Starting soon Precision will be offering two new classes. Weightlifting 101 with Coach Sam from 6:30 – 7:30 on Wednesday and Friday nights, and CrossFit 101 for Beginners. 

Weightlifting 101: This will be a 6 week course with Coach Sam for $100. It is designed to teach you beyond regular instruction you recieve in class. There will be a 10 person maximum for this class and it will be done in the Precision Barbell area. In addition, this course will be pre-cursed by a weightlifting 101 seminar taught by Coach Mike, and a Weightlifting 102 Course also taught by coach Sam. The 101 course will be required as a pre-requisite for all new athletes looking to take part in Lifting Club on T and TH nights. Please continue to check in for more details about this.

CrossFit 101: Will now take the place of our beginner classes and will be taught by all 4 of our instructors; Jose, Daimino, Sam, and Deanna. As always all first sessions at Precision will be FREE but then from here an additional 5 classes will have to be purchased in order to get started. This class will take place separate from the normal classes but still at the same hours. 

Seminars and Clinics: Precision CrossFit is well known for it’s coaching and programming so we have decided to take our knowledge and spread it amongst the masses. Once a month you can now expect a clinic hosted by our coaches or outside experts. Don’t miss out on our Strongman Clinic October 29th!! Nutrition Challenge: We will be having quarterly nutrition challenges ran by our very own expert Daimino Stewart! These will include before and after Dunk Tanks, full nutrition coaching, and extra programming to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our first of these challenges will be a Holiday one set to kick off November 4th!! More details will be posted soon.
