We are now officially done with our testing cycle and will be beginning our new, year long, programming cycle today. If you missed any of our test wod’s feel free to make them up during open gym hours. If there is a lift max that you missed go ahead and find your new max on the days where that lift is programmed. If you are not a member of Precision but have been thinking about joining, now is a great time to start up with us. If you are following our programming remotely, or have been thinking about it, now is the best time to start. I look forward to seeing awesome improvements in all our athletes throughout the year.
