*Build to a heavy single for the day. Then take 90% of weight and do:

3 x 1 @ 90%

CLEAN + JERK

2+1 @ 60%

2+1 @ 70%

2 x 1+1 @ 80%

3 x 1+1 @ 85%

CLEAN PULL

4 x 3 @ 80%

3 SETS

100 Ft. KB O.H. Walk  (One KB locked up above head with the other KB held in the rack position)
