This weekend we are meeting at the Precision CrossFit @ 12PM due to the Halloween Bash!!

We will begin our group warm up promptly at 12 pm, so come ready.

Make sure you eat a good breakfast, don’t skip eating. Bring water and a possible snack if you tend to get hungry. If you have a pace watch wear it. The class will end around 1-1:30 pm. Open gym still exists for those who are curious @ 10am.

5 Rounds (With a Partner)

5×750 M Row

*Rest off each other.

**Each athlete will row 5 parts.

Rest 8-10 minutes

10 Rounds (With a Partner)

400 M Run

*Rest off each other.

**Each athlete will run 10 parts.

POST WORKOUT:

Cool down and stretch
