WADAPALOOZA UPDATE DAY 2

James Grundler and Team Ceberus are in an all out battle for 1st place overall having stellar days! The ladies of Team PreCistreet battled hard taking an event win and moved up the leader board 14 spots to 19th overall. Final day tomorrow!

This weekend we are meeting at Precision!

We will begin our group warm up promptly at 9:00 am! Make sure you eat a good breakfast; don’t skip eating. Bring water and a possible snack if you tend to get hungry. If you have a pace watch, wear it. The class will end around 10-10:30 am.

WOD:

8 rounds (32 minutes):

Min 1: 15 Burpees

Min 2: 15 KB Swings (70/53)

Min 3: 15 Pull-ups

Min 4: 30 Unbroken Double Unders

At the end of 32 mins, you have 1 minute rest, then:

 For Time:

100 Calorie Row

*If you trip on the Double Unders, stop that set there (rest the rest of the minute) but add 5 calories to your row at the end. So if you go unbroken on every round except for 2 and 6, you’d have a 110 calorie row at the end.
