We will begin our group warm up promptly at 9:00am, so come ready.
Make sure you eat a good breakfast, don’t skip eating. Bring water and a possible snack if you tend to get hungry. If you have a pace watch wear it. The class will end around 10-10:30 am. Open gym still exists for those who are curious.
Run 2 laps (rest 1:1/ or work with a partner)

800 M. Run
* You will row your 1k around the pace of your 2k PR.
**Example if your 2k PR is 7:00, you will row a 1:45 pace for each of your 1k pieces.
*** You will rest exactly 1:1 and then go right into your run and back to the row. Each round you will rest specifically off of your row not your run. The run should be hard but paced.
