For those of you interested, the Regional training plan for TEAM PRECISION will be posted here. The team will be practicing 3 days a week. However, they have separate programming, much like many of our other athletes, that they are following. Our blog currently is for our members’ fitness goals. Please keep in mind that I’m only posting the practice plans to this blog. This is just a taste of what they are actually doing throughout each week. Our seventh practice was 4/26/15 and they will practice again Wednesday evening 4/29/15 at 7pm.


WARM UP:

Partner 2K Synchronized Row w/ random switches.

*Partner holds rack position during rest period (135/95).

SKILL:

FOR TIME:

30 Burpee Muscle Ups

Then:

Team 200 M. Prowlet Push (6 PLATES).

*Pairs (Guy / Girl).

WORKOUT #1: (DUO’S)

TEAMS OF 2:

FOR TIME

Row 750 meters, while partner holds (215/145) in the Front rack position.

50 Burpees, while partner holds (135/95) Overhead.

50 Thrusters (95/65) while partner holds the Dip support position.

*Pairs may not move on to the next station until they have completed the reps and the pair ahead of them moves on.

30 MIN. REST

50 CAL. Row

50 GHD Sit Ups

50 Box Jump Overs (24)

50 Wall Ball (30/20)
