For those of you interested, the Regional training plan for TEAM PRECISION will be posted here. The team will be practicing 3 days a week. However, they have separate programming, much like many of our other athletes, that they are following. Our blog currently is for our members’ fitness goals. Please keep in mind that I’m only posting the practice plans to this blog. This is just a taste of what they are actually doing throughout each week. Our 14th practice will be tomorrow 5/16/15 and they will practice again Sunday morning 5/16/15 at 11am down in Pasadena on the TrueForm Runner.


WARM UP:

*Partner holds DL (315/205)

Into:

30 T2B with Hang

**Based off of event 7 order.

SKILL:

10 Min. of Synchronized C2B Pull Up Work

*With event 1 partner

 

WORKOUT #1:

Regional’s Event 4

-Work on order, timing, and weight adjustments.

15 MIN. BREAK

WORKOUT #2:

Regional’s  Event 6

-Work on GHD Sit Up order, muscle up rep timing, hang clean speed of reps and order.
