It was a fun Saturday for Precision CrossFit filled with the excitement of “Crush Cancer,” amazing costumes and the sweet laughter of children. After raising money for “Crush Cancer” over the past several months and hearing the various stories of how cancer has effected us all, in one way or another, we finally worked out in honor of them all. It was a tough, yet gratifying workout with over 30 people showing up to take part. Everyone gave it their all and had a blast dong so. It is events like this where you can really get a sense as an owner the amazing community that has developed within your gym. Everyone had so much fun together. You judged one another while also cheering them on, and you picked each other up after the workout was over. Great job to you all! The score’s meant nothing but your effect on Cancer hopefully will someday become everlasting.

From Cancer fighting to dressing up as Unicorn’s, flying squirl’s, Tigger’s, and Bear’s, to name a few, you all brought it with your Halloween costumes. While we also celebrated Daniel and Riley’s birthdays it was a great excuse to get out of the gym and just hang out with each other. We ate, drank and were merry. It was a fun time and I thank you all for coming. The children had a blast playing with balloons, toys and costumes. We had a mime and a vampire, a Winnie the Pooh, and a lobster to the name a few. The house was swarmed by little ones running around. The laughter and playing went on through the night as many of us went from CrossFitter to parent which you could tell went hand in hand. We have some beautiful parents at PC, which makes sense because you are all beautiful people. Have a fantastic week!
