For Time: (Teams of 4)
Guys: 50 Power Cleans (95#) / Girls hold wheelbarrow (i.e. Girl #1 holds girl #2’s feet while girl #2 is in a plank position.) (25 Each)
Girls: 100 Double Unders (50 Each)
Guys: 50 S2o (135#) – Girls provide human rack for the barbell if necessary. BB can’t touch the ground until all reps are completed. (25 Each)
Team: 100 Burpees (each person must complete 25 burpees before the next person can begin)
Girls: 50 S2o (85#) – Guys provide rack. (25 Each)
Guys: 100 Double Unders (50 Each)
Girls: 50 Power Cleans (65#) / Guys hold wheelbarrow. (25 Each)
*For all exercises, each team member must do half the reps. i.e. Male #1 does 25 power cleans. Then Male #2 does 25 power cleans. Male #1 must finish his reps before Male #2 begins.
**You cannot move on to another portion until you are done with the first.
