10 Walking High Knee Holds
10 Walking Flamingo’s
10 Walking Lunges
10 Inch Worms 
10 Side Lunges
10 High Kicks
Then:
Mobility


WOD: (Teams of 2)
12 Rounds
10 Cal Row
8 Squat Cleans (155/105)
6 Burpee C2B (*adv=Burpee BMU)
*Partner 1 runs 400m while partner 2 works on the round and switch every time the run is completed. For example, if partner 2 finishes a round before partner 1 finishes the run, continue to the next round. Repeat this pattern until 12 rounds are completed.
