Precision CrossFit is bringing back our Sports Performance program headed by our new Sports Performance Director, Daimino Stewart. D is already known for his stellar coaching at Precision, and with this new title added to his position we know he will do some very big things.
Daimino will be under the guidance of NSCA Nationally recognized adolescent performance expert Mike Tromello. Mike has spoken several times for the NSCA on the subject matter, has written several articles, and is currently finishing up a book deal.
Daimino was hand picked by Coach Mike to lead the sports performance program due to his exceptional knowledge base and superior coaching abilities. Check the website soon for the new Sports Performance Page and updated coaches bio’s!
