With a partner. For each movement, you do 8 total rounds (so 4 rounds each), tit-for-tat, then proceed to the next movement.
8 burpees over your partner, who must be holding a plank.
50m shuttle sprints
8 complexes (jump squat + jumping lunge L + jumping lunge R)
50m shuttle sprints
8 complexes
50m shuttle sprints
8 burpees over your planking partner
Run 1 mile (together). Then repeat the above.
