I am constantly reminded at P.C. how mentally tough and strong our athletes are. Today everyone took on a grueling heavy workout and showed absolutely no quit. Some people took almost an hour but just kept chipping away. It was just incredible, as “HULK” totally lived up to it’s name! Big shout out to Matt Verbrugge who took the top time for the men with a 30:51 and Katie Crowe who smoked it for the women and the overall best time with a 28:31. We also had 8 people go RX’d today in a WOD that was very heavy. Well done P.C. and to all of you, RX’d or not, you took on “HULK” and you conquered it!
