A message to our community and supporters:
This weekend we are excited to represent all of Precision CrossFit. Win, lose or draw this competition isn’t just about crossfit. Its not about who can work out faster.. its about what we’ve accomplished thus far. Our gym in just one short year has made a serious name for itself. We know that it is not because of any one of us. It’s because of all of us, our entire PC community. We know we represent the thousands out there that only dream to compete at this level. We know any one of you in a drop of a hat would trade places with us to be able to compete, and we know we have to perform for you. Its going to be about our will and mindset more than our ability. We’ve done the work.. the money is in the bank. All we can do now is enjoy the moment and compete at our best. We will not think.. just react. We will be in the moment in every workout. With the support of our Sea of Blue, we can and will do this. See you all this weekend. Together We are One.

*Warm up your hips and get loose. Then perform 1 set of 20 reps. Go straight through without stopping. If this is your first time start at or below 60% 1RM.
