By overwhelming demand we begin our new workout series, “The Sandlot.” Bringing you all workouts based off this childhood classic could be a tough one, but I will have some fun doing my best. If you have any idea’s for wod names send them to me. I would love to hear them. I am going to set up a “Sandlot” movie date for some smore making soon. Here is to a great couple months ahead.

In addition, a special shout of to Big Mike for opening his home for some barbeque fun this past weekend. Everyone looked like they had a blast and that is what it was all about. We have a great community and it was awesome to see every0ne interact with their beautiful families. It was hard not to keep smiling at the children having a blast in the pool. Looking forward to the Christmas party already!! See you all in the gym.
