This workout is about pacing early. You do not want to jack your HR until the end. Transitions and speed of rep will be key to those wanting to score well in this. Times under 8 min. should be the goal for top athletes. Everyone else you are looking at a 10-15 min. workout. For those of you know you who will struggle with 90 Thrusters and 350 Double Unders break up the reps early. Find a pace you can maintain and hold it throughout the entirety of the workout.
