I have a had a ton of great question as of late in regards to recovery. Many want to know when to train and when to rest. How to prepare for a competition and what’s a good rest to work interval to follow as far as training. It reminded me that no matter how much I have talked about it in the past that it is good to go back and revisit certain issues every now and again. Please follow my link to my article about this very topic in Breaking Muscle. It know it will really shed some light on the issue’s we all face with this. Let it be a good guide to follow and if you need anything send me a message or pull me a side for a convo.
