We have started a USAW Sanctioned Olympic Lifting Club and will be meeting three days a week. All are welcome to join. This is a good way to improve your lifts completely focusing on them, while being watched closely by Coach Mike and Coach Butch. We are very excited to have Coach Butch join our coaching staff as he was Coach Mike’s lifting coach when he was a kid. He has a plethora of experience as well the knowledge to make any athlete better. The lifting club will meet Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm, as well as Saturday mornings at 9am. Today was our first meeting with Crystal setting two PR’s hitting a 200lb Clean & Jerk as well as a 205lb Clean!!!! That a girl!
