Precision CrossFit, our home away from home has a wide variety of people from all walks of life. These people make up our community. This community is powerful. It has a way of reaching into your life and helping to change it for the better. Everyone will always have your back no matter the situation. At Precision CrossFit we stress community over all else and with the support of this community we feel that we can help you overcome any obstacles. This is the ending of “Deja Vu” from last week. Rusty has been going through a horrific time as of late praying for his newborn daughter who was born pre-mature. He came to wod in order to get a sense of normalcy and to be around his CrossFit family. His wife and son watch in the background as he is cheered on by his community to the finish of his workout. Yes, it is just a workout but the support he receives is so much more. Enjoy!
