Starting this November 2nd we will be offering a new training class! Learn the basic’s of weightlifting in a small class environment with other athlete’s at the same level. Class includes a 6 week progression through the basics of each weightlifting movement; clean, jerk, and snatch. We are capping this class at 10 people per period. Sign up today to reserve your spot!
