Head on out to the 3rd Annual WOD Gear Team Series this weekend to cheer on your coaches and teammates as they compete!

This event is programmed and run by Mike and Dan! It is an event they are very proud of and want to share with you all!

Please note since all coaches and staff are taking part in this event, we must cancel all classes on Saturday August 17th.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Get your WOD on the Friday before or at Open Gym on Sunday!

EVENT TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

PARKING:  1216 E California Blvd, Pasadena, CA Park entrance will be off of California Blvd by the Cahill Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics. Parking is free for the day.

ENTRANCE FEE:  There will be a $1 entry fee for spectators this year.  Part of the proceeds from the event will be going to City of Hope.

SKILL:
3 x 3 Weighted Ring Dips
*Go as heavy as possible
Then:
Hollow Body
3 x 10 Sec. Hold
 
LIFT:
EMOM For 10 Min.
3 Power Cleans
(Rest the remainder of the minute)

**Progressively add weight accordingly based on comfort level
