I spent Sunday morning with the WOD GEAR family filming the movement standards for the WOD GEAR International online competition and the WOD GEAR Team Series. I have to say that every time I have the opportunity to hang out with the owners Scott and Gabe  it helps me to realize what I want to focus on in making Precision CrossFit a success. In a very short period of time they have shown how to become a huge part of the CrossFit community and most importantly how to build a community around they’re brand. CrossFit is all about the community. That is why we want to show up day in and day out. We as human beings love the locker room vibe. We love hanging with each other and as Marty would say “It’s my happy hour without the booze.” Whenever I meet with the WOD GEAR crew all I feel from the moment I walk in the door is love. Everyone is so happy to see each other and we literally mess around for hours filming and talking about what we love… CrossFit. We have inside jokes and have no issues at all doing favors for each other. In fact we would go out of our ways to help each other. We get real kicks out of messing with each other for our own enjoyment and just enjoy each others company. It’s just like going to the box everyday. I am so pleased to be a part of the WOD GEAR brand and most importantly I am happy to be able to put into practice what they have taught me about community and to help Marty and Greg build that community at Precision CrossFit. We got a ton of love to give and welcome anyone into our giant family. To Exciting times ahead!!
