We will have a guest yoga instructor coming by tomorrow at 5:30pm! Please take advantage of Mahnaz of Somadi Yoga as she takes us through a 20 min. warm up and presentation. Everyone is welcome to join in regardless of what class you are taking. This will be awesome for you recovery especially in preparation for this Saturday!!
