1) Please don’t forget that the tie breaker for this workout is taken directly after the last set up double unders in each round. There seems to of been some confusion.
2) 16.2 attempts will not be allowed tomorrow during endurance club from 9-10am.
This weekend we are meeting at Precision CrossFit!
We will begin our group warm up promptly at 9:00am! Make sure you eat a good breakfast; don’t skip eating. Bring water and a possible snack if you tend to get hungry. If you have a pace watch, wear it. The class will end around 10-10:30 am. Open gym and Open attempts will still be going down for those who are curious.
