18.2 Special Announcement
We are going to have a special 18.2 Open throw down in the gym tonight. Both Breaking Muscle and Fit Aid will have the camera’s rolling as I explain the game plan. Then Hunter Mac, Frank, Mitch, and Noah are going to take on the workout. Everyone is welcome to join in! The environment should be fun. Try and take advantage and hit the workout with them.

This week we will be sticking to a specific schedule to do 18.2.
Thursday Night: 6pm – 7:30pm
Friday: 6am – 1:30pm, 2:45pm – 6:30pm
Saturday: By appointment Only
Sunday: By appointment Only
Monday: 9:30am – 1:30pm, 2:45pm – 4:30pm
*As much as we want to be there for you all. Please respect all our coaches times. They need breaks too! 🙂
