Starting today the 9am Lifting Club will start promptly at 9am. Please get to the gym early enough to be warmed up by this time. Coach Butch and Coach Mike are there to make you all better and dedicate this hour to you all. Please help them out by being ready to start on time as they will not being seeing athletes that come in late anymore. Take advantage of their knowledge and expertise. Thanks!
