1 Person Holds Front Rack Position (215/145)

1 person does 20 T2B

*Rotate when T2B are done

Then:

25 Burpees Each

1 Partner Does Burpees

2 Partners Holds Weight Overhead (135/95)

1 Partner Rests

*Rotate when Burpees are done

Then:

100 Thrusters

1 Partner Does Thrusters

3 Partners Hold Plank Position

*Switch as needed.

**Wod ends when 100 reps are reached.
