DELOAD WEEK! / “MAZ” WOD 6/1/21

This will be the first full deload week of Cycle 1 within the 2021-22 programming calendar. I know it is greatly needed, and could not come at a better time. This will be a full deload, meaning very little lifting will occur. Our goal is take stress off the skeletal system this week. Please remember it’s ok to take extra days off this week. I recommend you try and get some body work done by a professional, drink lots of water, and attempt to get plenty of sleep. This week is all about recovery. Doing these things will greatly aid in that process. I’ll see you in the gym!
