Info: On Saturday August 31, 2013 Sixty Five CrossFit teams consisting of FOUR athletes (2 men, 2 women) will arrive at Red Wolf CrossFit in Huntington Beach to showcase why Southern California is the most hardcore CrossFit region in the world. Affiliates and sponsors will be limited to four (4) teams. Athletes will compete in three games level team workouts. WOD’s will be challenging, intense, but most importantly fun. The top 3 finishing teams will earn a podium spot along with the coveted Shakedown trophy & over $6,000 in prizes.
C.A.L. SATURDAY NIGHT LIGHTS CO-ED COMPETITION

Info: The C.A.L. Saturday Night Lights is a Competition Series open to all CrossFitters who are at various levels. For some Athletes it will be their first ever Competition, while others may have competed in several advanced level competitions. Saturday Night Lights offers the opportunity to compete in a friendly FUN environment!

Info: Precision CrossFit, I am sure by now many of you are familiar with the battle mine and Daniel’s Grandmother is waging against Cancer. She is now on her 3rd bout with the disease and continues to stay strong everyday. In addition to our dear Grammie, Dan and I also lost our Grandfather to cancer and I am sure many of you have been touched in some way by this disease. Every year DogTown CrossFit host a fundraiser benefiting “Stand up to Cancer,” it has grown every year and is now one of the biggest and best fundraisers designed to help kick cancers ass! Precision we are asking all of you to mobilize and stand up with us against cancer. Do it for our Grammie, or better yet do it for someone you know or have lost.
